WHO WE ARE
BARC is a non-profit volunteer organization driven by a single goal; to make traveling with your pet safe and enjoyable for both of you. We want you to understand the risks of driving with an unrestrained animal. We do not sell product. Our mission is to provide education on animal restraints that are available and where to get them. Did you know a sudden stop can catapult an unrestrained animal into the driver potentially causing an accident and not only injuring the animal but human occupants of the vehicle as well?

Here at BARC, we’re committed to investing our expertise and resources in order to further achieve our cause. We provide education at several events across the GTA. You would not think about driving without your seat-belt nor taking your child in a car without a child safety seat. Why would you do anything less for your pet?
